The short version: you order a physical print, we make it and ship it, and our returns promise covers you if it's wrong or damaged.
Made-to-order goods
All products are manufactured after purchase in the material, color and quantity you select. Small variations in finish, layer lines and color are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Material selections may adjust the final price as shown on the product page before you pay.
Returns
Our returns policy applies: damaged or materially incorrect prints are reprinted or refunded; change-of-mind returns are limited once production has started. See the Returns page for details.
