Am I buying a file or a physical object?
A physical object. Choose your options, place your order, and we print and ship the finished item to you. Nothing to slice, nothing to download.
How long does it take?
Every item is made to order after you check out. Production time varies by design and is shown on each product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What materials and colors can I choose?
Each product lists its available materials (such as PLA, PETG, ABS or TPU) and colors. Material affects price, finish and strength.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right — reprint or refund, case by case. Clear policy details are included with every order confirmation.
Are products printed to order?
Yes. Your item is made specifically for your order, then inspected, packaged and shipped directly to you.
Can I return a product?
Because every item is made to order, returns are handled case by case. If your print arrives damaged or materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we will reprint or refund it. See our Returns page for details.
