Returns
Because every item is made specifically for your order, returns are handled case by case — with a simple promise.
Our promise
If your print arrives damaged, or is materially different from what you ordered (wrong color, wrong material, wrong item), contact us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right — a reprint or a refund.
Change of mind
Made-to-order items can't be restocked, so once production has started we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order hasn't entered production yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
How to start
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
